The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us.

GENERAL RETURN POLICY

All our devices are covered with at least 12 months manufacturer’s warranty. However If the device you got from us has a factory defect, you can return the product to us and we will either repair or replace it. You are eligible for a REPAIR or REPLACEMENT which are subject to the below terms:

 

  • All Items are not eligible for return except the products that are: factory defective or dead on arrival (DOA).
  • You are always required to return the item back to our nearest collection center.
  • Goods suspected to have a factory defect or dead on arrival (DOA) must be returned within 48 hours of purchase
  • Prices and manufacturer specifications are subject to change without Notification.
  • Items found not defective will be returned with a handling charge of 5% of the invoice value.
  • Goods returned in good condition attracts a Re-stocking fee of 15% of the invoice value.

 

These terms and conditions shall form the base of all sales transactions with FINET COMMUNICATIONS LTD. And shall not in any manner be varied or waived under any circumstances.

 

If the product you have received which turns out to be defective (save for direct warranty products), please notify us as soon as reasonably possible after you become aware of the defect.

 

After we receive your product, our team of professionals will inspect it and send you a feedback.
